Supported by PUB CHARITY and LION FOUNDATIONThe 2010 "Emerging Athletes" Sports School was held 6-10 April.
It was based at the Millennium Institute of Sport and Health in Mairangi Bay, Auckland.
Left: Award for most improved performance in athletics went to Mary Fisher from Upper Hutt.
Presented by coach Paula Montes (Argentine).
Right: The male award for athletics went to Ming Ming Edgar from Dargaville.
Presented by coach Adam Pogson.
Left: Swimming's most improved female went to Amanda Beaver from Lower Hutt.
Right: Most improved male swimmer went to Kalim Nathan from Waitakere.
Overall award for most improvement over all sports went to Rachel Shardlow from Northcote
and Aaron Heath from Christchurch.
The athletes all voted for the Personality of the Sports School Award.
They chose Hamish Tahana from Hastings.
